Hörmann garage and entrance doors are distributed exclusively in Northern Ireland by Haldane Fisher and key staff at the builders’ merchants recently completed training on the IHAS system. This new service is set to be rolled out across all the company’s branches in the coming months.
All of Hörmann’s approved dealers can access the manufacturer’s specially designed online configurator system for free through the Dealer Forum. The IHAS system simplifies the quotation process by allowing dealers to specify any door and also build up an accurate quote quickly for their customers.
Dealers can enter the specific dimensions and requirements of the Hörmann door, as well as the chosen paint, finish and any additional accessories. The system then generates a quote, along with a scaled drawing and all the necessary technical details required for correct installation. A further advantage of the IHAS system is that dealers can add their own discounts to the quote provided and incorporate this into the final document.
By using the IHAS system, the usual middleman is removed which significantly speeds up the process. The quote generated is accurate and presented in a professional format and is easy to edit, if required.
