Metal Technology curtain walling is a retail attraction

Metal Technology’s System 17 curtain walling has been effectively used to help draw shoppers into Tesco’s Lurgan store in County Armagh. The single glazed façade was installed by fabricator Douglas Architectural, with the project team headed by architects Ostick + Williams and building contractor, Patton Construction. Following the store’s normal format of long span, solar-protected glazing to bring as much light, but not heat into the building as possible, System 17 has proved ideal. Suitable for high and low rise facades, the narrow sightlines and robust design can be configured to suit the character and restrictions of many building styles.
