Experienced and highly regarded bid co-ordinator, Stuart Gray, has joined Gleeds’ Belfast office. As bid co-ordinator, Stuart is responsible for identifying opportunities for Gleeds to bid on and then compiling the bid submission.
Opportunities are considered against a clear set of selection criteria, ensuring that Gleeds only bids for opportunities, which align with the firm’s capabilities and growth strategy.
“I have joined Gleeds at a very exciting time, as the Belfast office moves into the next phase of its ambitious growth strategy,” said Stuart, adding, “In 2021 the corporate bid team of Gleeds achieved a 60% success rate, which sets a very high target to aim for.”
