ATTNI provided air tests on site, air test reports and certificates and as-built SAPs and EPCs for all properties at Clooney Mews.
ATTNI is a family-run business based in Mid Ulster that works with architects, developers, builders and self-builders from design right through until the properties are built and ready for sign off from building control.

Claudy DIY supplied various building materials from the ground up to the finishing touches for the Clooney Mews new build project.
Ensuring all the materials were on site on time for the contractors was the priority for this project. “We were efficient and careful with our planning and deliveries,” said Cathal McFeely of Claudy DIY, “and made sure we kept a large amount of common products in stock at all times to ensure waiting times were minimised. A specialised weep pole was requested for a timber-framed house, which we were able to track down, source and provide.

Red Oak Joinery Contracts carried out the first and second joinery fixes for the luxury new-build development at Clooney Mews.
Staircases and doorframes were installed in the first fix, with joiners returning to put in the detailed architrave and skirting to all properties.
Set up by Stephen McDevitt and Barry O’Connor as recently as 2019, Red Oak Joinery Contracts has quickly grown into the current team of 12 joiners. “We put our hearts and all our efforts into securing new contracts and we’ve been rewarded with some really interesting projects across Northern Ireland.”

Unique Timber Frame Solutions supplied and erected timber frame dwellings to the Clooney Mews new build residential development at Ballykelly, Co. Londonderry.
The package included walls, floors, roofs, backboards for fascia and soffits.
Based in Claudy, Unique Timber Frame Solutions have been manufacturing, supplying and erecting timber frame buildings for over 30 years. Their wide-ranging project portfolio includes homes, nursing homes, apartment blocks and halls etc.
Timber frame is a method of building which in essence replaces the thermally inefficient inner block wall of a building with the much more thermally efficient timber frame wall.

SC Tarmac Ltd carried out the tarmacking works for the Clooney Mews new-build development.
The Ballykelly-based, family-run business has built up a reputation for delivering a professional and quality service since its formation in 2003. However, Seamus Canning, Director, has been carrying out tarmacking and ground maintenance works since 1994.
At present SC Tarmac are working on 20 sites, mostly in the northwest area. The majority of these are for new build homes, often working to very tight deadlines. Most projects are acquired through recommendations from previous clients, which is testament to the high standard of finish delivered by the firm.
All staff are fully trained in all aspects of the work they partake in, and Health and Safety in all job settings is paramount.
