The newly refurbished MacBlair Antrim has opened, offering customers greater access to an array of products.
The success of the Antrim branch has been built upon reliability and this investment will help to build on those foundations. The refurbishment includes a new door and floor showroom as well as the opening of a new MacBlair Plumbing trade counter and stores. David Gill, Branch Manager, joined MacBlair Antrim nine months ago and he is delighted with how the branch has been performing.
“This is a strong branch and the refurbishment has been the result of communication with our customers about how we can improve what we offer,” he explained. “The feedback has already been positive, despite work only having been finished fairly recently. “We have enjoyed growth in the plumbing and heating sector, so we have expanded what we can offer with the new MacBlair Plumbing trade counter which is strengthened by having a Watershed Bathrooms & Tiles showroom onsite. The new door and floor showroom is also a welcome addition to what we offer and it is somewhere the trade can use to send their customers to, which will help them make decisions on their refurbishment or new build projects.”
He added, “We have a varied range of customers and we work exceptionally hard to meet their requirements. The branch has been in operation for a long time and we are proud of the fact that we have been able to retain the loyalty of a strong group of customers. But we’re always striving to improve and I hope that this latest investment proves that we listen and react to the needs of our customers.”
