JP Corry packs a punch!

JP Corry has again displayed the company’s championship pedigree when world champion boxer Carl Frampton officially opened the refurbished L’Derry branch.

Customers got the chance to meet with Northern Ireland’s new boxing hero who recently defeated Scott Quigg to unify the IBF and WBA super-bantamweight division. And just like Frampton, JP Corry knows how to pack a punch, with customers at the branch – located at Strand Road – now enjoying access to a comprehensive range of competitively priced building materials.

The £300,000 investment in the new DIY shop includes an extensive redesign, with the branch now featuring an enhanced, modernised layout and expanded product offering which includes paint, power tools, hardware, workwear and much more.

In addition, the store boasts a purpose-built doors and floors showroom and

offers paint mixing facilities. Customers can now enjoy a more efficient and convenient shopping experience as a result of the major development.

Bernard Crumlish, JP Corry L’Derry Branch Manager, commented, “The feedback we have received from our customers has been very positive and we are looking forward to building on our success in the North West.”

The opening celebrations took place over three days at the beginning of April and included a range of prize giveaways such as Autumn International rugby match tickets, an overnight stay for two at the Roe Park Resort, £100 worth of Love2Shop vouchers, and lots more. A number of key suppliers were also onsite during the event to offer expert advice.
