There has been more to the relaunch of BES than just a fresh new look for the access and loading specialists.
The company has been successfully operating for over 30 years installing, commissioning and maintaining industrial doors, loading bay equipment and vehicle barriers, with a dedicated team of 20 staff providing expert knowledge and skills to successfully deliver projects to a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.

The business was acquired in May 2017 by Alastair Dawson, and the new Managing Director has been keen to build on the strong foundations already in place. While the outward changes are reflected in new branding, behind the scenes a significant amount of investment and modernisation has been carried out.
“The focus has been on updating the company and building on the strong business that was already in place,” commented Alastair. “We have invested right across the company, both in terms of equipment and, importantly, in our staff.
“Our new branding has been important and is central to our new fleet of vehicles, website and PPE, but we have also been updating our in-house systems, with investment in IT solutions and staff training and also gaining ISO9001, Safe-TCert and Construction Line (Gold) accreditations.
“While the majority of our work is hidden at the back of buildings, we feel it is important that we place BES front and centre when it comes to offering our access and loading solutions.”
“We offer proven emergency response and maintenance services to customers across Northern Ireland and are trusted by many leading names in various sectors, such as healthcare, education and commercial,” explained Alastair.
“We provide a two-hour response time for anywhere in Northern Ireland and our ability to effectively respond to maintenance and emergency requirements has helped us earn a reputation for high levels of reliability. In turn, this has helped us grow our new build installation services, with customers coming to us to benefit from our technical knowledge and dependability.
“Our in-house expertise allows us to provide a complete, quality service at every stage, from design, procurement and installation through to commissioning and subsequent ongoing maintenance. Utilising our industry knowledge, we will listen to your requirements and create a bespoke solution.”
