Titanic Quarter and Belfast Harbour are co-promoting the development of ‘Olympic House’, designed to accommodate 1,500 jobs in a modern, efficient and sustainable working environment.
O’Hare and McGovern Limited (OHMG) will be constructing ‘Olympic House’, employing around 250 construction workers.
