Compass Projects 2021
Park Royal’s 800 luxury apartment units, the UK’s largest regeneration projects and a milestone project for Compass came to a close this year. This major development showcased Compass as a force to be reckoned with in the windows and doors game.
The Ewart is one of Belfast’s most iconic buildings, celebrating rich history and heritage. Compass is proud to have been involved in this major refurbishment project throughout 2021.
The Brookfield Mill Complex, Belfast is another stunning building undergoing major refurbishment. With the help of Compass, the project is well underway to transform this 1850’s vacant linen mill into 77 residential units.
Milners Square at Santry offers quality urban living in one of Dublin’s most dynamic places to live. 130 apartments kitted out with Compass’ products complement the thoughtful architectural design to allow plenty of natural light opening up all rooms to the wonderful aspects of the area.
Working alongside Ireland’s top developers throughout the latter half of 2021, across sites in Cabra, Coolock and Carrickmines, Compass incorporated its energy-efficient, smart designs into over 500 units, with many more to come in 2022.
